So I was scrolling through Instagram, and I came across a reel. The reel was about the spam that was going on-on the recovery of a banned Instagram account. So recently, one of my friends had the same issue that is stated in the reel, which is a false ban/suspension
And I saw the reel completely, and it really made sense and was also worth giving a try before appointing some random Insta experts to recover it(also better to give a try before giving off 5000-10000RS).
Now I'll explain it step-by-step
So what you need is a second Insta account (even the basic one with not many followers will work)
And a meta-verified subscription (simply saying the BLUE TICK), and it costs around 100rs, I guess, it may vary according to the time you are reading this
NOTE: The price I mentioned above (around 45-100) is a first-time discount for someone who is taking the meta verified badge for the first time in that account. On the other hand, if you have already used up that discount in your second account, it may cost you around 599-699
STEP 1:
- Log in to your secondary account
- Go to your profile
- Settings
- Meta verified and subscribe
- Once verified, go back to settings
- Click Help
- And click Enhanced Support
STEP 3:
Write a clear and brief explanation of what happened to your account. Mention:
- Your banned/suspended accounts username
- Why do u think it got banned(if there is any recent activity that can trigger a ban)
- And you believe it is a mistake or a false report
A Few Honest Things to Keep in Mind
- This method is based on a creator's experience, not something I've personally tested. Results can vary depending on why your account was banned.
- If your account was disabled for a genuine policy violation, no support trick will magically restore it. This works best for wrongful bans or false reports.
- The Meta Verified subscription is a small recurring cost — cancel it after your issue is resolved if you don't need it.
- Always be polite and factual when explaining your situation to support. Don't be aggressive or make accusations.
Before you hand over thousands of rupees to some stranger online who "promises" to recover your account, try this first. Worst case, you spent ₹85. Best case, you get your account back through Instagram's official channel.
And honestly? That's always going to be safer than trusting a random agency with your account credentials.
